Fire Damages Home On Creely Drive

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - The Huntsville Fire Department responded to a house fire on Creely Drive just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 1.

District Fire Chief Ronnie Dodson says two people were inside the home when the fire started.  Fortunately, they were both okay.

The home has severe smoke damage.  Dodson says the fire started in the hall.
