(WHNT) – We have a holiday programming note to pass along.  In order to allow members of our staff the chance the celebrate Christmas with their families, we will not have a newscast Tuesday morning nor at Noon.

Instead, we will air a Christmas comedy movie called “The Dog Who Saved The Holidays” from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.  It’s rated PG and classified as a family film.

At Noon, tune in for First Baptist Church’s inspiring ‘Living Christmas Tree’ performance.

We’ll have the latest news for you Tuesday evening starting on WHNT News 19 at 5:00 p.m.

While there won’t be a newscast Tuesday morning, our crews are still working behind the scenes to stay on top of all the developing news across the Tennessee Valley.

And, of course, our meteorologists are keeping an eye on the weather and will be ready to bring you the latest information on the networks of WHNT News 19 — on air, online and on social media.
