Most of us will spend the coming weeks shopping, eating and decorating. At the International Space Station though, crews will be hard at work!

So why not send them some greetings for the season from down here on Earth? NASA offers this neat little postcard feature at its website that lets you send holiday wishes right to low Earth orbit!

There are several postcards to choose from with messages like “Happy Holidays” and “Deck The Halls.” Just click on a post card to select it, then click on it again and it will flip over. That’s when you can type in your message and your home town. When you’re all done, click send!

If you’re a teacher who would like to use this in the classroom or just a parent with a soft spot for space exploration, click here to try it out!
