Goolsby is safe.  He was recovered Wednesday morning. Authorities say Eric Owens, the child’s non-custodial father, turned Goolsby over to police.  It is not clear if Owens was arrested or charged.

Prior to Wednesday morning’s recovery, authorities said the child was last seen Tuesday night in Gallatin.
