Auburn, Ala. – The Auburn Tigers were back at practice Tuesday evening, holding a two-hour workout in the crisp, cool weather as they continue preparations for Saturday’s home finale against Alabama A&M. That contest will kickoff at 1:00 p.m. CT at Jordan-Hare Stadium. This is the first-ever meeting between the two schools in football.

“Alabama A&M brings a solid football team that’s won seven games, and I’m sure they will be excited to come in here,” said Auburn head coach Gene Chizik. “I think it is the first SEC game  that they have played, in state, and they have a lot to prove. I think they’ll come in here raring to go and fight like crazy and try to get a win. It’s very important for me and our coaching staff to be able to, on Senior Day, send our seniors playing their last game at Jordan-Hare out with a win.”
