HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Students are being kept in their classes at Johnson High School following a small fight in the lunchroom.

This information is from Keith Ward, spokesperson for Huntsville City Schools.

WHNT News 19 had received a tip Johnson was under lockdown, but Ward says students are simply being held in their classes, and not being allowed to change classes for the rest of the day to prevent any fights from breaking out in the hallways.

Students will be dismissed at normal time, Ward said.
