Auburn, Ala. – Enjoying a crisp autumn evening, the Auburn Tigers practiced two hours Tuesday in full pads at the Auburn Athletics Complex Practice Fields, ramping up preparation for Saturday’s SEC matchup with Arkansas at Jordan-Hare Stadium. That game will kickoff at 11:00 a.m. CT.

“We need to go back out there Saturday and play with passion and intensity. That’s our goal, and we worked on that today,” said Auburn head coach Gene Chizik. “Practices have been very sharp and very precise and very energetic.

“I think we have a hungry football team that wants to win. I don’t think there’s any question with that. They’ve never taken a step back in terms of how they’ve worked, which doesn’t surprise me. We just have to go out there, and we have to get a win.”
