Auburn, Ala. (WHNT) - Auburn is last in the SEC in stopping the run.

It didn't improve against LSU.

The Bayou Bengals had 182 rushing yards and a touchdown against a defense that normally gives up 208 yards on the ground per contest.

Defensive coordinator Brian VanGorder says while other areas of the defense have improved, including tackling and speed, stopping the run is the number one priority.
