Local High School Coaches Attend Clinic About Health

Huntsville, Ala. - The Orthopedic Center put on a series of lectures for high school coaches from the Rocket City.

The subject matter may be just as, if not more important, than learning the sport these coaches teach.

The TOC talked about concussions, heat illness and proper nutrition, providing these coaches with gifts, Powerpoint presentations and other helpful tools.  Even though these coaches already get training from the AHSAA, a representative of Madison County schools said it doesn't help to have more education.
