HARTSELLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Friends say Lisa Coppinger has never turned anyone away if they ask her for help, whether it be cash for gas or food to feed a family. 

Tammy Kemp says Lisa lost her mother and now takes care of her elderly father and pays someone to live with him so he will not be put in a nursing facility. 

WHNT News 19's Robert Reeves stepped in to Pay It Forward to Lisa.
