Neighbors File Lawsuit Against Dance Studio Owner

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A lawsuit has now been filed in an incident during a dispute over parking at a Huntsville dance studio.

Ann Brown was arrested in May for disorderly conduct and pleaded guilty to the charge. She owns Ann’s School of Dance at 2366 Whitesburg Drive and was arrested following a dispute with neighbors over parking space around the business.

Neighbors and other business owners had been complaining parents picking up dance students caused traffic problems because Ann’s doesn’t have enough parking.

Joseph P. Jefferson and Sarah Raynor have filed the suit, naming Brown, her daughter Leigh Ann Bender, and First Federal Bank as defendants.
