Pensacola, Fla. – The Milwaukee Brewers and Huntsville Stars have made a roster move prior to tonight’s game against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. LHP Mitch Stetter has been transferred from Huntsville to Triple-A Nashville.

The southpaw had a 1-0 record with a 1.99 ERA (22.2ip/5er) in 31 relief appearances for the Stars. Prior to his appearance in game two of Saturday’s doubleheader at Jackson, Stetter hadn’t allowed a run in 20 appearances (15 ip) while giving up just five hits during that stretch.

On the season, Stetter allowed just 10 walks and struck out 28 batters while keeping opponents to a .160 average. Of the 15 runners he inherited, only two scored.

With this move, the Stars active roster sits at 24, one below the Southern League limit.
