Huntsville Police Searching for Hit-And-Run Suspect

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Huntsville Police are looking for a vehicle that hit a man on Madison Boulevard Thursday night.

Around 9:45 p.m. a man was walking west on Madison Boulevard near Slaughter Road when he was struck by a car.  Police say it may be a silver BMW 325i missing a passenger side mirror.

HEMSI and Huntsville Police responded to the scene, and paramedics rushed the victim to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition.

Police shut down the turn lane and one other lane of Madison Boulevard for about an hour and a half to conduct their investigation.
