Despite outhitting their opponent 11-to-4, the Huntsville Stars fell to the Mobile BayBears by a score of 3-2 in 10 innings on Wednesday night. The loss wasted a strong performance from starter Brian Baker, who gave up just two runs on one hit through seven innings of work. On offense, the Stars got an RBI groundout from Scooter Gennett and a solo home run from Khris Davis. Stars reliever Darren Byrd was tabbed with the loss, falling to 2-4 on the year. To end the game, BayBears first baseman Mark Krauss hit a bases-loaded walkoff single in the 10th inning off of Stars RHP Brandon Kintzler. The loss for the Stars was their six straight at Hank Aaron Stadium this season.

The Stars will continue a three-game series at Hank Aaron Stadium on Thursday night. First pitch is at 7:05 P.M.
