The suspect, William Harold Best, lives at 325 Green Cove Road, Lot 27.   He was booked in the Madison County Detention Center.

Sgt. Brian Chaffin, with the Madison County Sheriff's Office says Best has a long history of selling drugs - possibly dating back as far as 20 years.

Sgt. Chaffin describes Best as, "I would say, a major drug dealer in our area.  I think we've done a good thing for the streets of Madison County and our area in taking drugs off the streets where they don't end up in young individuals hands or someone who could harm themselves with it or other people."
