Huntsville Police Arrest Second Person In Evans Circle Shooting

Huntsville Police have arrested second man in connection to a shooting last week on Evans Circle.  The victim was shot eight times.

Monday, police arrested Aaron Corday King.  He is charged with attempted murder and robbery.  King was arrested by the Huntsville Police Department & U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

King is being held in the Madison County Metro Jail awaiting bond.  Investigators say he could face additional charges.

On Friday, police arrested Caleb Michael Clay and charged him with first-degree robbery and attempted murder. 

The victim, Roy Lee McDonald, was shot June 5 around 8 p.m. on Evans Circle.

Police were called to investigate after McDonald showed up at Huntsville Hospital with the gunshot wounds.  Police say the shooting was the result of a drug deal.

McDonald is listed in stable condition at Huntsville Hospital.
