Twitter has given virtually anyone a public voice.

Several say it was Twitter that first told them about the tragedy at Auburn University.  It's also been a way for current and past Auburn Tigers to offer their condolences for the deaths of Ed Christian and Ladarious Phillips.

Chad Slade was Christian's roommate their Freshman year.  He called Christian "his brother" and that he wished it was a dream, but God has a plan for everybody.  #pray.

Offensive lineman AJ Greene graduated after last season, but he, Phillips and Christian were teammates.  He tweeted, "praying for everyone involved in and affected by the tragedy in Auburn."

Defensive end Nosa Eguae tweeted, "my hearts heavy, but my prayers are with my Brother families.  May they rest in perfect peace."
