Hundreds of fans in Huntsville welcomed the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team. Friday. In the crowd was the family of Josh Wetzel. He is a local soldier who is now recovering at Walter Reed Hospital after having both legs amputated following a horrible attack in Afghanistan last month.

The family came to watch other amputees in action playing sports.  Josh is an athlete, too.

After seeing the team on the field, the rest of the Wetzel family said they have no doubt Josh will recover and be able to play sports again.

The WWAST arrived in Huntsville on Thursday, June 14 and played three games at the Metro Kiwanis Sports Plex in Huntsville.
