Pisgah Softball Advances To Second Day Of Tournament

The defending 3A state softball champions had a roller coaster of a first day at the 2012 state tournament.

It began with an 11-0 blowout of Leeds in five innings.  The Lady Eagles followed that with a 3-2 loss to Saks.  They then survived a close affair with White Plains, 2-1.

Pisgah will play Handley at 10:30 Friday morning in another elimination game.
