Huntsville Man Rushed To Hospital; Shot By Intruder

A Huntsville man is recovering from a gunshot wound after being shot by an intruder late Monday night.

Police say a man broke into a home in the 3500 block of Conger Road around 9:45 p.m.  The intruder shot a man inside the home, according to investigators.

The victim was taken to Huntsville Hospital.  Police say he should recover.

Police used dogs to search the area for the shooter.  They do not have a description of him.
