Attorney Mark McDaniel represented Todd Brown's family from the start - from the certification hearing to get Hammad Memon tried as an adult all the way to the State Supreme Court.

Memon is the teen charged with murder in connection with the February 5, 2010 shooting death of Discovery Middle School student Todd Brown.

McDaniel has a photo of the young Todd Brown on his office wall. He says he can't imagine what the family must be feeling after they've longed for justice for so long.

He expects anyone helping Memon flee will be facing charges of their own. McDaniel has no way of helping the Brown family, but says he has full confidence law enforcement officials will succeed in tracking the teenager down.
