There's a light at the end of the tunnel now for the Franklin County, Alabama School System.   In the last few days, the school system got a letter guaranteeing $25 million to rebuild Phil Campbell High School.

The school sustained extensive damage from an EF5 tornado on April 27, 2011.

Superintendent Gary Williams says it's taken this long because of all the agencies the school system has had to deal with.
