GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. – Police say they have found the body of a man who went missing several months ago.

Steve Allen Sims, of Marshall County, went missing from the Guntersville area in late June.

Police say a man’s body was found in a field on Highway 205 last week. They have now positively identified him as Sims.

Investigators say no foul play is suspected.  Sims’ body was found about 100 yards from where he went missing earlier this year.
