Kamryn Pettway may miss Saturday’s game against Georgia

AUBURN, Ala. (al.com) - The status of Auburn's best offensive weapon remains up in the air three days before the team travels to Athens, Georgia, to take on rival Georgia.

Running back Kamryn Pettway, who injured his left leg late in the fourth quarter of last weekend's 23-16 win against Vanderbilt, did not practice on Tuesday according to head coach Gus Malzahn. It remains to be seen if Pettway will practice Wednesday afternoon, but Malzahn seemed cautiously optimistic.

"He's healing, so we'll see," Malzahn said on the weekly SEC coaches teleconference.
