Auburn runs through Arkansas without starting running back Kerryon Johnson

AUBURN, Ala. ( No Kerryon Johnson? No problem.

Playing without its top rusher, Auburn amassed a whopping 543 rushing yards on 57 carries Saturday night as the Tigers smacked Arkansas 56-3 for their fourth straight win. It was Auburn’s best rushing performance since the Tigers went for 545 yards against Missouri behind Tre Mason in the 2013 SEC Championship Game.

“Offensively we just kind of carried over from the Mississippi State game — physicality up front, getting a push,” Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn said after the game. “Kamryn Pettway, once again, had a big-time game.”
