Getting out of the way of a hurricane and the people who have to deal with it is one of those things.
With Hurricane Matthew bearing down on the Sunshine State, SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey did the right thing Thursday afternoon by postponing Saturday's LSU-Florida game in Gainesville.
It didn't make sense to put people in harm's way or to take critical personnel and resources away from the potential need for disaster relief.
