Governor Bentley announces advisory council on gaming

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Gov. Robert Bentley announced he is issuing an executive order to appoint an advisory committee on gaming. The governor says gaming is a complex issue for the state that “is not going away”.

Bentley said the council will present findings and recommendations to him, the senate pro tem, and house speaker by January 1.
