Study shows burgers could be good for you
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Good news, tailgaters! Researchers at Texas A & M University found burgers can be good for you when a cow is fed a proper diet like Angus or Wagyu beef, which contain high levels of a good fatty acid, the kind found in avocados and olive oil.
They also found the more marbled a cut of beef is, the healthier its fat composition. People who ate that beef had an increase in their good cholesterol and a decrease in the bad kind.
