Florence Police seek help in identifying robbery suspect

FLORENCE, Ala. - Police are looking for leads in the robbery of a convenience store. In the early morning hours of August 17th, the man walked into the Kangaroo gas station on Cox Creek Parkway demanding money from the clerk.

vlcsnap-2016-08-25-14h15m54s050Detectives said despite covering his face, there are still some clues to his identity. If you look closely, his left forearm is covered in tattoos.

Although there were no injuries, police said the robber got away with more than $100.

The Colbert County Sheriff’s Office has this week’s most wanted.

Gerald Fletcher37-year-old Gerald Damon Fletcher has an arrest warrant for failure to pay child support. His last known address is in Sheffield.

Michael ForsytheDeputies are also looking for 32-year-old Michael Forsythe. The courts have issued a warrant for the Florence man’s arrest for failing to pay child support.

Demarcio NelsonLast on this week’s list is 32-year-old Demarcio Nelson. With a last known address in Florence, officials say Nelson has not been paying his court ordered child support and has a warrant for his arrest as well.
