GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. — A man arrested in connection to a double murder that happened in the Asbury community last year has pleaded guilty.

Marshall County District Attorney Steve Marshall says Henry Pyle plead guilty to murder Monday afternoon at the Marshall County Courthouse.

Pyle is charged along with Jeffery McKelvey in the murders of Denie and Pam Tucker. The Tuckers were found dead in their home in September, 2015.

Marshall says as a result of the plea, Pyle will spend life in prison.

McKelvey is expected to be in court for an arraignment on September 6.
