HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The same weather pattern that has brought some neighborhoods 1-2 inches of rain and left others bone dry this week continues through Saturday.

We will keep a low end chance that a few storms get going Friday evening, but we do not expect many spots will see any rain.

We are watching a weak disturbance over Arkansas Friday afternoon that may trigger a few storms in north Alabama late tonight or early Saturday morning.

A front pushes into the Valley during the day Saturday, creating a focus for showers and storms. While it could rain at anytime Saturday, the best chance comes in the afternoon with daytime heating.
