DALLAS, Tx. (Al.com)- For the second straight year, Dallas Cowboys middle linebacker Rolando McClain has been suspended by the NFL.

On Thursday, the NFL suspended the former Alabama All-American for 10 games for violating the league's substance-abuse policy, the Cowboys announced.

McClain missed the first four games of the 2015 season for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
