Stolen illegal weapon and drug paraphernalia discovered during a raid on a Priceville home

PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department discovered stolen property and drug paraphernalia at a Priceville residence on Saturday.

Deputies assisted by The Madison-Morgan County Strategic Counterdrug Team, commonly known as STAC, and The Morgan County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the home of Rodney Lacy and Amanda Lacy.

Agents say they discovered an illegal short-barreled shotgun and multiple drug paraphernalia items and meth residue.  The illegal shotgun was also discovered to be stolen property from Cullman County.

Rodney Gean Lacy was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a short-barreled shotgun and is in jail on a $3,100 bond.

Amanda Gail Lacy

Amanda Lacy was charged with possession of paraphernalia and is in jail on a $300 bond.
