HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT)- The NCAA tournament bracket was revealed on Sunday night and confirmed what we already assumed. Auburn and Alabama will both host regional tournaments.
The Tigers earned the No. 4 overall seed and will host Jacksonville State, Oregon State and USC Upstate. The SEC tournament champs and the OVC tournament champs will meet on Friday at 6 p.m. at Jane B. Moore Field.
Alabama is the No. 6 overall seed. They're hosting a regional for the 12th straight season. Samford, Cal and Texas State will make the trip to Tuscaloosa. The Crimson Tide will open up against against Samford at 4 p.m. on Friday at Rhoads Stadium.
Because Auburn and Alabama earned a top 8 seed, they'll also host a Super Regional should they advance through this weekend of play.
Florida, the defending national champions, earned the No. 1 overall seed. Tennessee earned the No. 13 seed.
