MADISON, Ala. – Madison Police have made an arrest following a call of shots fired on Thursday.

Michael David, 23, of Madison is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say several rounds were fired into a vehicle and at least one round into a vacant house on Brass Oak Drive Thursday. No one was injured, and it appears to be related to an incident involving alleged stolen property.

Police say David was arrested on unrelated charges, and after he was booked into the Madison County Detention Center they obtained warrants on the aforementioned charges. David faces a $11,000 bond.
