Have children with special needs, try visiting the Sensory Friendly Santa!

The Sensory Friendly Santa is being hosted by KultureCity, which is a national
non-profit organization that is dedicated to bettering the lives of individuals with autism. The event is for all families of children with special needs, siblings are welcome as well. The event will be at The Villages of Providence. Mayor Trulock will be there to make an appearance.

Tickets to the event are free but families must go online and register for a ticket. Tickets are sold in 15 minute increments in order to decrease the amount of time spent waiting in line, which can be difficult for children with special needs. Families will have professional photos of their child with Santa. Each child will receive a present donated by KultureCity. There will be therapists present to help with children taking their pictures as well as providing sensory activities while waiting.
