TBI makes 2nd arrest in death of Shelbyville woman

MANCHESTER, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced the arrest of Earl Antonio Taylor, 30, who was added to the TBI Most Wanted list last week. The Winchester man is charged in connection with the shooting death of Angela Kibble in Shelbyville.

Taylor was located at the Scottish Inn Hotel in Manchester. Investigators say he was taken into custody without incident Sunday night.

Kibble was shot and killed September 14th. Her body was found around the time her son, Michael Sales, was arrested on charges for the death of a Fayetteville man.

Taylor was booked into the Coffee County Jail where he’s being held until he can be transferred to Bedford County.

David Fletcher is also charged Kibble’s death. He faces Criminal Homicide charges.
