Jumpstart Read for the Record encouraging reading all across the Tennessee Valley

On October 22nd the Junior League of Huntsville and United Way of Madison County will combine to make Jumpstart Read for the Record happen. Guest readers are being recruited to be part of the project which will host events at Huntsville city schools and Private schools. Also there will be readings at the UAB Family Clinic, Little Gym, Pump It Up, the Huntsville Botanical Gardens, Early works Museum and Greenstreet Market.

The book, for kids three to eight, is "Not Norman, A Gold Fish Story".

Last years event reached a record 1,800 children locally, and more than two million nationally.
