TBI arrests Winchester man for Shelbyville woman murder

BEDFORD COUNTY, Tenn. - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations has arrested a Winchester man in the death of a Bedford County woman. The case dates back nearly a month.

David Fletcher is charged with one count Criminal Homicide in the death of 45-year-old Angela Kibble.

A neighbor found Kibble's body inside her home on Belmont Ave in Shelbyville. She had been shot.

Kibble is the mother of Michael Dominic Sales. He was arrested on September 14 after spending some time on the Top Ten Most Wanted List in Tennessee. He's accused in the shooting death of Carlton Capone Caruth from Fayetteville. Caruth was killed on September 6.
