DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) - While you stop in the Decatur Public Library to check out a book, you might want to check out their quilt display hanging inside.

The quilts are made by people in and around the Decatur area. Each quilt comes with a story which you can read on the display.

The library encourages people to come and vote for their favorites from now through October 22, and the staff will announce the winners on October 23rd.

If you'd like to try your hand at quilting, the library is offering a free class to the public on October 24th.
