Former Bob Jones employee enters guilty plea on federal child pornography charges

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A former Bob Jones High School employee entered a guilty plea Tuesday on child pornography charged in federal court.

Albert Shane Jones changed his plea on child pornography charges to guilty after pleading not guilty .  Court documents said Jones knowingly had an image of child pornography on a computer he owns.

According to Bob Jones’ website, Jones was a media specialist at the school. He was with the school district from Aug. 2003 until he resigned in Sept. 2015.

Jones is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan 20, 2016.
