Madison Police taking applications for emergency dispatcher

MADISON, Ala. – The Madison Police Department is looking taking application for Police and Fire Dispatchers. The opening is posted to the city’s website here.

The listing says the dispatcher will work from the Huntsville Madison County 911 Center, processing and dispatching calls for police, fire and medical personnel to both emergencies and non-emergencies.

The salary for the dispatcher’s position is listed at $14.516-$15.399.

You must fill out the city’s application form to officially apply for the job. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on July 20, 2015.
