Florence Police: One man arrested, another wanted for home invasion

FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) - Florence police arrested one man, but are looking for another after a late night home invasion Sunday.

It happened in the 300 block of South Eclipse Street around midnight. That's where investigators said the two men kicked in the door to the home, armed with a baseball bat and a rifle. They said one victim was hit in the head with the baseball bat.

Investigators arrested Thomas Edward Wallace on Tuesday, and charged him with assault and burglary 1st degree.

Russellville police investigators are hoping you can help in finding some of this weeks most wanted.

First on the list this time around, Robert Shears. He's wanted on a grand jury indictment for possession of a forged instrument.

They are also looking for Jamie Treece on a grand jury indictment. They said he's wanted for 18-counts of attempt to commit a controlled substance crime.

The Lauderdale County District Attorney's Office is also tracking down most wanted criminals. Records show Phillip Byron Randall owes $1,093 in unpaid district court fees.
