PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WHNT) – Ever had a neat encounter in the wild? This paddleboarder was right next to a dolphin in the water at Panama City Beach, Florida last week.

Vicki Pounders Hall of Tuscumbia, Alabama took the photo from the 22nd floor of a condominium.  She said some nearby swimmers thought it was a shark, but zoomed-in views from her camera seemed to indicate it was a dolphin.

Vicki, thank you for the photo! If you take a neat shot like this, please send it to photo@whnt.com.  We love to feature your photos on the news, social media and here on WHNT.com.
