Huntsville, Ala. - (WHNT) No shame in losing to the eventual state champions especially when that team is Hoover, but Huntsville High is not okay with anything short of the title in 2014. Coach Sharp and the gang are practicing under the motto, "one team, one dream" this Fall and the message is simple.
"We're one team and the dream is obviously state and the idea behind it is if the entire team doesn't have the same goal it's useless," linebacker Joshua Crumbley explained under a hot sun at Milton Frank Stadium. Crumbley and the rest of the senior class is really excited about the team's chances in the new class 7A. Head Coach Scott Sharp shares their passion. "
"basically every team that starts right now is 0-0 and we all want to end up on the last last week with a state championship. We've talked to them briefly about how cool it would be to be the first 7A state champs."
It all starts Thursday August 28th at home against Mountain Brook.
