Featured Job: Office Manager

GETAJOB

Supervises office personnel and related functions.  Monitors performance of staff and has input into performance appraisals.  Plans and implements in-services to staff to meet the needs of the department.  Establishes, instructs and implements office and safety standards.  Assists Managers with administrative tasks.

 

Education: HS/GED required.   Degree from an accredited college or university preferred with equivalent supervisory experience.  May consider experience in leiu of degree.

 

Experience:  Previous hospital experience with a progression of responsibilities and at least two years office supervisory experience required.

 

Additional Skills/Abilities:  Must have excellent communication skills with the ability and willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to gather and interpret data. Proficient in use of personal computer. Ability to use basic office equipment to include copiers, FAX machines, typewriters, computers, printers, telephones, intercom systems and transcription.
