GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT ) - UPDATE: Former Guntersville Volunteer soccer coach David Barrow posted bail late Thursday afternoon.

Barrow is now expected to be transferred to the Marshall County Jail where he will be held on a $1,000,000 bond.

Marshall County District Attorney Steve Marshall says Barrow faces a new set of charges.

Marshall says the new warrant against David Barrow includes 24 counts of production of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of aggravated criminal surveillance. "None of our victims would have had any knowledge that they were being videotaped or that they were being photographed," Marshall says, "The devices used were motion sensitive."

Guntersville Police Chief Jim Peterson says the charges associated with this warrant are based on evidence found during a search of Barrow's Guntersville home. "Some of the evidence that was recovered at that time has been under analysis since then and this week it has been discovered that we are going to have victims here in the city of Guntersville," he says.

Marshall says there is still a lot of evidence to process and more charges may be pending."I think the facts are bearing out that what happened in Madison County are not unique, and we believe there are going to be other crimes that are committed maybe not just here but other places."

Marshall says if Barrow is convicted the charges in Marshall County alone are punitive. "He's charged right now with 25 Class A felonies which are going to range from ten to life, and then we have possession of child pornography which will be a lower offense," he says.

He says the investigation is far from over "We're still not done. In fact, I would say we're not even close to being finished until the forensic examination is completed to know exactly where we stand," Marshall says.

Barrow's bond on this warrant is set at $1 million.

Huntsville Police re-arrested Barrow on Wednesday and charged him with sodomy, human trafficking and sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.

His first arrest was in May shortly after coaching the Guntersville High School girls' varsity team at the state soccer semifinals in Huntsville.  That arrest was also for charges of sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Not convicted yet! “soldier” if you are a soldier and fought I hope you understand that one of the things you were fighting for was due process and until it has run its course we in America are innocent until proven guilty. When and if he is found guilty then cast your stones!

technically no not convicted yet but they have found sexually explicit material involving children at his home and the cameras that he installed to prey on the innocent so you can throw out this technicality all day long that he has not gone through the system yet and been convicted but he is guilty and i can tell you right now he is in marshall county jail now and you can bank on steve marshall and his office of getting a conviction.

I have known David for years.Never would have thought he would do this.Just shows how people can hide the true evil in them.I hope he never sees the light of day as a free man again.I hope this haunts him in his sleep. It takes a sick person to do this to children.Maybe the boys in prison can get justice for these kids.

Apparently…… sick puppy. If convicted, the boys inside the lockup will take “REAL” good care of him.

Unfortunately, he has the money to make bail…maybe as the evidence continues to come out they will lock him up and then try him. He is a predator!!!!
