BUCKS COUNTY, Penn. – A person’s body on a stretcher flew out of a coroner’s van and into traffic after a “malfunction” in the van’s door.

The Bucks County Courier Times reported the incident happened Friday near a shopping center in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.

Jerry Bradley saw it happen, and posted a picture on Facebook showing the stretcher in the middle of the road.

The coroner’s office said the driver of the van returned to get the corpse “in a matter of seconds.”
