UPDATE: Huntsville attorney’s domestic violence charge dismissed

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - A Huntsville attorney's charge was dismissed on September 25.  Patrick Tuten had been charged with third-degree domestic violence.

Tuten's charge was dismissed in Huntsville Municipal Court.  No other information was available.

Patrick Tuten was arrested in June, after allegedly assaulting his brother Robert inside a law office on Eastside Square. Robert Tuten is also a lawyer.

Sources say the two had an argument over a business decision.
