No new trial for convicted murderer Jordaan Creque
DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – A man convicted of a high-profile double murder in Decatur will not receive a new trial.
Our news partners The Huntsville Times/AL.com is reporting there will be no new trial for Jordaan Creque.
A judge sentenced Creque to death in January.
A Morgan County jury convicted Creque in 2013 of capital murder in the deaths of two Krystal employees in August of 2011.
Cassandra Eldred and Ezekiel Gholston are also charged in this case.
Gholston is scheduled to stand trial on October 15.
There is no trial date set for Eldred.
